What we can and cannot confirm in advance

Dr. Song decides suitability only after Needs Mapping in person, which includes examining your face at rest and when smiling, checking skin thickness and using a skin analysis device. This is why we suggest keeping your plans flexible. A consultation may lead to a different recommendation from the one you expected, sometimes a simpler one.
Choosing your appointment time
The clinic is open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00 to 19:00, Friday from 10:00 to 20:00, and Wednesday and Saturday from 10:00 to 16:00. We are closed on Sundays and Korean public holidays, and there is a lunch break from 13:00 to 14:00 on weekdays. Booking a consultation early in your trip gives the most flexibility, since it leaves time for treatment and for any redness or swelling to settle before you fly. Do I need to pay a deposit?

Can I get a treatment recommendation from photos?
Photos help us give a general impression and plan your time, but they cannot show skin thickness or how your face moves. The final recommendation is made only after Dr. Song examines you in person at our Apgujeong clinic.
What if my flight changes?
Send us a message on WhatsApp as soon as you know, with your new dates. We will look at options for rescheduling your consultation or treatment within clinic hours, and adjust the plan if your time in Seoul becomes shorter.
